Merge.

I undid the merge on this, since there's reasonably extensive writings about the Pike Committee specifically; since it's frequently referred to under that name; and since the material on it seems weirdly out of place and hard-to-find in the more general article on the United States House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, which otherwise doesn't cover the committee's history in any detail. --Aquillion (talk) 04:27, 21 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
