Thoughts on article
[edit]Hello there. I have been quietly monitoring the discussions regarding the major rewrite to general relativity and I noticed this article appearing. EMS and myself tried to clean up the 'Relationship to other physical theories section' some time ago, but didn't quite achieve what we wanted. While I appreciate the motivation for creating this article, the question arises, aren't all theories modified by GR ? This is certainly true and accordingly the article would have to discuss all these other theories. But perhaps you were thinking of doing that already ? My only concern with this article is that a huge debate might occur regarding which theories are to be included and which ones not. Maybe the focus is solely on pre-GR theories such as some of the ones already mentioned in the article. I tried to write a section about relativistic thermodynamics some time ago, but realised that it was too difficult for me. Anyway, just a few thoughts concerning the article. Thanx.
