Degradation and artistic value

I moved the section formerly titled Inevitable impermanence of color photography controversy. To preserve or not to preserve. into this article from Color photography because the section was more about photography conservation in general than color photography in particular. It is also heavily non-neutral, leaning towards soapbox/editorial content rather than encyclopedic content.
