Intentionally misleading?

[edit]

There is no mention in this article, that Fred Rogers, who had no association with Paske or John Norman pleaded guilty to killing Hellstrom in 2012. There is no mention in this article, that Latin Kings gang members, who had no association with Paske or John Norman, were convicted of murdering Michael Salcido, 17, of Des Plaines, Arthur Salcido, 19, of Princeton, Ill., and their friend Frank Mussa, 16, of Princeton on Feb. 25, 1979 FantasyPopper (talk) 21:55, 11 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Somehow I missed this, but I will add it. Thank you for the correction. Swinub (talk) 23:28, 11 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Johnny Gosch Abduction?

[edit]

Due to how up in the air it really is and how much the Gosch case has mismatched information over the years as apparent with the Facebook page.

Is it worth adding a section on Paske potentially being one of the abductors in the Gosch case especially since Noreen has added it into the 2024 addition of her book Why Johnny Can't Come Home... as well as how much Bonacci's description of Paske matches him or should we simply leave it out?

I know there was a few other abductions he also matched the description of that took place out in California.. though one of these he was ruled out of based on DNA within the past few years.

I thought I would ask since it's not really a proven thing by any law enforcement agency and is mostly conspiracy. As much as Johnny being sold to the "Colonel" who is claimed to be Norman is conspiracy. Though again there's information to back that up just no exact proof, just thought I'd ask since if it seems worthwhile to have I could compile available information for a section... but of course I've also felt very up in the air since a lot has gone around in that sector of the whole rabbit hole that is John David Norman/Phillip Paske and also Johnny Gosch seperately.

Also leads me to ask if this one article of a guy who escaped Gacy might be interesting, since he mentions Paske as the other man in the vehicle.. but because again it's not like there's any confirmation rather than a story; though this guy did have a record for dumping Gacy's car.. it leaves me to ask if I should add a paragraph to the Gacy ties section. If it was mentioned in her book it would be fine to add an aside about it. I would've liked to add Bonacci's description but if no reliable sources have connected the two it can't be put here, sadly.
As for Paske being in the vehicle, a more reliable source than the Toronto Sun would be preferable. Swinub (talk) 00:10, 14 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
