While Phil Jimenz' article is linked through a list of gay entries, there is nothing in his biography about his being gay. Since information about him as a gay artist is in numerous places on the web, http://gaycelebrities.wikia.com/wiki/Phil_Jimenez being one, and a 2007 episode of In The Life, it would appear that this information about him is something that he wants to share so that other gay people will feel encouraged and inspired. Is there any reason that i cannot include some of this information in his article?Jcfried (talk) 23:39, 31 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
It says so in the article and has been there since May. Such claims (and the specifics here) do need properly sourcing or it is likely they will be removed unless they can be proved. We should be cautious about giving it undue weight unless it specifically impacts themes and issues in his work (after all most people's sexuality isn't usually widely discussed unless it is of broader interest and note).
