Two Rivers

I have the "Petula Clark's Greatest Hits Vol. 1" LP from 1968 on Warner Bros. The jacket cover was a montage of photos from prior LPs. There is one marvelous song that was included in this LP titled "Two Rivers". I've searched for this song on a Petula Clark hits CD, even looked at all the many Petula Clark CDs in the iTunes Store. This great song appears to have vanished from existance! I could not find it on any CD! Anybody have any info about this song?
