Speedy delete
[edit]Peter Hartling has published over 50 works and has earned over 25 literary awards, I shall add these to the article. You may list this at afd if you wish, but this is by no means a speedy delete. Rje (talk) 13:17, 21 July 2008 (UTC)
Needs reliable third-party references
[edit]I've added one reference but only to the subject's website, and removed the "unreferenced" template. Subject appears to meet Notability criteria but article needs work. My knowledge of German language and literature is not sufficient to do this work. If anyone would like to discuss, please post a message on my Talk page.--Plad2 (talk) 21:41, 6 February 2010 (UTC)
- And I realise that it may be difficult to meet Wikipedia's guidelines for non-English sources unless someone is willing to both find the relevant sources and translate them.--Plad2 (talk) 06:10, 7 February 2010 (UTC)
Assessment
[edit]As requested at WikiProject Children's Literature, I have assessed this article and improved its rating from Start class to C class. This is a promising article, and is very nearly B class. To progress, I would suggest that you add a Bibliography of the author's major works, include a relevant infobox, and if at all possible find or create some images to illustrate the article. Beyond this, I suggest you consider the Good Article criteria for suggestions on how to improve. strdst_grl (call me Stardust) 17:39, 8 February 2010 (UTC)
