could a home owner park a car on his/her property without a tag, and get fined or told by the city to remove the car when it's parked in front of the garage.

I really love the idea of this article. However, together I think we can all make necessary improvements to this page. First, I think it is important to add sources and followed by examples. Secondly, I would suggest that this article should go into the history of personal rights and discuss what each of those rights are and how they are protected. Although I appreciate the straightforwardness of this article, it does not provide much information beyond the basic definition.
