Prices listed in the reference "Most Expensive New York City Restaurants" are considerably different from the ones listed here. I can not account for the difference since I don't know the source the original editor used nor do I know if the referenced source is up to date. Postcard Cathy 23:43, 30 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I decided that the best thing to do was refer to the price listed on per se's web page($250). I presume that beverages could easily raise the total price of the meal. Keddie 00:44, 19 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The restaurant has a comment book set up by its door, and after so many years in service, one can still find positive comments left by diners.

Zagat

For ratings I can imagine that you mention guides like Michelin, but Zagat you can hardly call a restaurants guide, and it is certainly not 'independent' nor 'porfessional' but based on random sent in reviews from readers. I would strongly receommend to delete every reference to the Zagat guide, also since that can be seen as publicity for this not professional but commercial and not highly rated guide itself. Zagat reviews/ratings are widely reported on by the RSs. See for example coverage of Zagat reviews of Per Se itself by New York Magazine, Telegraph, Bloomberg, Reuters, Globe and Mail, New York Times, The Independent, etc, etc, etc. No reason for us to delete them. --Epeefleche (talk) 00:21, 7 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
