This page should not be speedily deleted because this is a really affiliated public college enlisted in the official website of Kannur University. Hello Prof. Manna. Wikipedia is not a directory of companies or organisations. This looks like a simple directory listing to me, hence promotional. When you create an article, you have to make sure it meets the notability guidelines for Wikipedia, and provide references to reliable sources. Thank you.
