why is this person in wiki?
[edit]Not notable. This person is married to a notable (famous) person. But being married to a notable person does not, in itself, make you notable.
I would suggest deleting this article.61.69.24.118 (talk) 13:06, 1 December 2015 (UTC)
She has been in various celebrity roles, such as Strictly Come Dancing and Loose Women, and has had a notable modelling career. Therefore, she's probably famous enough. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.135.108.156 (talk) 17:32, 20 August 2016 (UTC)
"Lady" Stewart?
[edit]I checked the WikipArticle on The Order Of The British Empire and it says that the wife of a KNIGHT (which is a Knight Grand Cross or Knight Commander) is called "Lady Surname". But Rod Stewart is not a GBE or KBE but a CBE (I.e. not either sort of Knight, but a Commander). I checked to see if his wife might be "Lady Stewart" on account of his being a Knight Bachelor but I don't see that and I suspect a Knight Bachelor's wife is not "Lady Surname". Can someone sort this?2604:2000:C682:2D00:9DA7:6FC8:4E3D:C6DD (talk) 22:06, 27 March 2017 (UTC)Christopher L. Simpson
Rod Stewart is a knight, hence his wife takes his surname and style and becomes Lady Stewart. She is NOT Lady Penelope Steart as the use of the christian name - i.e. Lady Amelia Brown or Lady Amelia - is reserved for the daughters of Earls. 175.32.4.104 (talk) 02:23, 17 March 2018 (UTC)
