Pennagaram is one of the significant place of dharmapuri.it is famous for its vegetation and rich granite belt.most of the peoples depends on granite business.pennagaram is example of most developed town in dharmapuri developed within short period of time.apart from hogenakkal here more tourists attractions can see.mountain ranges and small protected forest are the crowns of pennagaram.unfortunately there is no major industries in pennagaram.mettur to nagamarai highway connection project is dream project for nativities if it completed it will be the major industrial corridor Bharathiskb1994 (talk) 12:31, 23 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
