Fully Instating Pending Changes Protection (Committee Formation)

I propose fully instating the option of Pending Changes Protection for BLP and other high profile articles as needed. The recently ended trial provided obvious and indisputable proof of the efficiency of the program. The program itself, as it was, worked perfectly. This RfC is regarding my proposal to form a committee. Volunteers would be appreciated, and I would be happy to be a member/co-chair. The formal proposal for final implementation of the Pending Changes Protection feature shall be open to public comment, and changes made as necessary per community consensus.

The sooner this is implemented the more the Wikipedia benefits, with any delay supported or imposed only leading to avoidable harm to the Wikipedia on a daily basis. Beam 18:42, 30 August 2011 (UTC)
