I will be adding when the CD was released and the company through which it was released. I will also include the personnel that I know of and when I find the rest, I will put it up as soon as possible. I will also find the genre, the length of time and the producer, as well as the bands chronology. I will definitely provide verifiable sources to confirm the information that I post. All of this is to ensure that I follow the wikipedia guidelines correctly.

This is my first time editing a page, so I will do it as fast as I can.

Notability

[edit]

This album does not appear to be notable. The criteria for an article for inclusion of an album says:

Until there is sufficient reliably sourced information about a future album, early information about it should be in the artist's article only, not in a separate article about the unreleased album.

Based on the information currently in the article, this album should be a section in the article about the band, not a seperate article and this page should be a redirect. Jons63 (talk) 08:03, 27 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Two days and no one has said that this shouldn't be redirected and no additions to show notability. Redirectingarticle to band page. Jons63 (talk) 08:07, 29 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
The CD came out this month. I already previously stated that I was going to add sources once i got around to it in the next day or so. Alice1869 (talk) 18:19, 29 August 2008 (UTC)Alice1869[reply]
I have added a reference so please do not add a redirect link to it again! Please do not delete it either!! Alice1869 (talk) 10:50, 2 September 2008 (UTC)Alice1869[reply]

The album has now been released! Please note that the Notability Guidelines state that "In general, if the musician or ensemble that recorded an album is considered notable, then officially released albums may have sufficient notability to have individual articles on Wikipedia." It also states that: "Album articles with little more than a track listing may be more appropriately merged into the artist's main article or discography article, space permitting." This states that the album should be notable enough for an article of its own or at least should have a section including a track listing on the band's page. Neither has happened and one of these should! Here's a source for you! http://www.allmusic.com/cg/amg.dll?p=amg&sql=10:w9foxzwkldae Jonasbrotherareterrible (talk) 14:04, 10 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Remove "speedy deletion tag"

[edit]

I have fixed up the article according to the wikipedia guidelines and would like for someone to remove the speedy deletion tag seeing as how it says I cannot do it myself. It would be very much appreciated! Alice1869 (talk) 10:57, 2 September 2008 (UTC)Alice1869[reply]

That speedy delete tag was removed on 27 Aug and you just readded it. You could have removed it. Jons63 (talk) 11:01, 2 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Oh sorry I didnt know that I had readded it. I was wondering why it was there again. Weird. Thank you. Alice1869 (talk) 11:03, 2 September 2008 (UTC)Alice1869[reply]
[edit]

I do not see how the second link could be used as a reference for the time it took between the recording and release of the album. All that the article mentions is how "awesome" the album is going to be. Please correct me if I'm wrong though. That sentence just might have to be deleted.Alice1869 (talk) 18:48, 3 September 2008 (UTC)Alice1869[reply]

Add Reference to Last Sentence

[edit]

The last sentence should have another reference regarding the second part. It might have to be deleted as well. Alice1869 (talk) 18:50, 3 September 2008 (UTC)Alice1869[reply]
