Congress of Vienna actually not a Peace Congress

The Congress of Vienna was actually not a Peace Congress but a Peace Conference as it was a diplomatic meeting where representatives of certain states, armies, or other warring parties converge to end hostilities and sign a peace treaty. JohKar (talk) 10:50, 14 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
