Pdr1p vs PDR1?
[edit]All the references refer to "PDR1", but the text and title say "Pdr1p". Why the difference? -- Ed (Edgar181) 23:45, 3 May 2018 (UTC)
PDR1 refers to a gene that encodes Pdr1p protein.Kensei Kishimoto (talk) 03:52, 31 May 2018 (UTC)
Actually, I think it is kind of used interchangeably. Kensei Kishimoto (talk) 22:01, 5 June 2018 (UTC)
Future Plans
[edit]1. Clean the Transcriptional Role into paragraph.
2. I would like to add structure section, but I haven't really found any literature on the structure. They mostly state the similarity of Pdr1p with Gal4.
3. Have list of chemicals that Pdr1p is needed to show the resistance of.
4. Explain each chemical a bit and what kind of stress it causes.
5. Add regulation to Interactions with other transcription factors section.
Please let me know if there is anything missing or anything that should be excluded from the list. Kensei Kishimoto (talk) 04:13, 31 May 2018 (UTC)
