Maglio Ordonez Contact?

[edit]

What about expanding this article with a brief section on the call and contact with Magglio Ordonez of the Detroit Tigers on May 13th? What happened is that Paul Schrieber called Magglio out on strikes which he then disagreed with when Paul placed his hand on Magglio's back to "direct him back to the dugout" as MLB.com phrased it. The Tiger's Manager Jim Leyland got ejected and fined, but Paul has not been. If a player or manager were to make contact with an umpire, even something as little as the brim of their hat, that person would certainly get both ejected and fined, but the umpire hasn't received either. ESPN and Baseball Tonight both brought this up as a questionable and certainly odd situation, and overall it's uniqueness seems to warrant an addendum to his wiki page. Here's a MLB article on the situation and resolution: [1]
