Paul Poon has tried to qualify for a World Touring Car Championship race, the highest level of touring car sports. He is also a double winner of the CTM Cup, which is for all the leading Asian touring car drivers. He is also the champion of Hong Kong Touring Car Championship, which is the highest level of touring car racing for Hong Kong. I will think that automatically makes him a notable racing driver.
