- I suggest you re-read the submission. He was an elected official in the California State Legislature. As such he meets the notability requirement under WP:POLITICIAN. World War II service
[edit]Although Zeltner served in the United States Navy during the World War II era, no reliable sources found as of yet state that he served overseas in a war zone during the war.
