Linkspam?

[edit]

In the external links: Le train de 21h20, par Gilles Marchal. (1)Hideously laid out page. (2) I can't quickly work out if it's non-fiction, historical fiction, or what. But my French isn't great, and I'm not inclined to give it a lot of time. Possible linkspam: User seems to have been adding a bunch of links to one site: Contributions. - Jmabel | Talk 04:55, 7 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Oration vs. Speech

[edit]

What exactly is "he delivered orations more frequently than he made speeches" supposed to mean? As I understand it, "delivering an oration" is just another way of saying "making a speech". Zyxw59 (talk) 16:06, 2 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
