NPOV

Rather than state that Bourget was an outstanding critic -- and I don't dispute that he was -- it would be better to say that he is generally considered to be one, and footnoting it to a good secondary source. (This is but one example..)

I removed all the POV stuff which was a great deal of the "literary significance" section. It sounded like something someone copied from an essay. An encyclopedic article should not editorialize and most of it did. Mike Hayes (talk) 08:43, 8 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
