Unfulfilled Prophecy from Insomnia
[edit]I'm not positive it went unfulfilled. It states he saves two men one of which must not die before dying himself.
He saves Roland (who must not die), but by drawing the Crimson King, incorporating indelible red color, it made it so he could erase the Crimson King, but not his eyes - so he saved the consciousness of the Crimson King, leaving him eternally to watch from the tower (he already killed himself, so cannot die.)
Then, Roland gave him the supplies remaining and pointed him in the right direction, and we leave Patrick there, as Roland enters the tower. Who says Patrick survived? He could barely take care of himself. He may have died before getting back to Stuttering Bill, or whatever destination he chose.

Insomnia's Anti-Abortion Group
[edit]I'm reading Insomnia now, and the Daily Bread is only in the beginning, and is very early on replaced by the Friends of Life. It's the Friends of Life that trapped Patrick in a burning building. I'm changing it. MykalGroll (talk) 03:34, 28 July 2012 (UTC)
