Pashalik of Shkodra → Pashalik of Scutari – per WP:COMMONNAME and Wikipedia:USEENGLISH

"Pashalik of Shkodra" -Llc 6, but result includes Wikipedia derived books. Actually 4.
"Pashalik of Scutari" -Llc minimum 51 ("Pashalik of Scutari" -Llc 1923-2011 minimum 8 -1)

Illyrian Confederation

User:PrekCali added "Illyrian Confederation" as an alternative name for Kara Mahmud Bushati's polity. I searched for reliable sources to verify it, and I found two who mention it:
