Change title?
[edit]The present title "Participants in the Madoff investment scandal" may present libel problems as it might suggest that all those listed are guilty. It should be changed to something more neutral. Ecphora (talk) 20:27, 26 April 2009 (UTC)
"Alleged Related Parties Associated with the Madoff Case"
Furtive admirer (talk) 05:41, 28 April 2009 (UTC)
That's better, but I think that the article itself has problems, as not all the persons listed have been publicly "alleged" to have been improperly involved with Madoff. Ecphora (talk) 13:30, 28 April 2009 (UTC)
"Madoff Investment Scandal Related Parties"
Furtive admirer (talk) 18:43, 28 April 2009 (UTC)
- That's much better as it is neutral. Thanks. Ecphora (talk) 02:07, 30 April 2009 (UTC)
ok. change it if you want. you have to change all the related pages links with the new title also: Bernard Madoff page; Madoff investment scandal; and, Recovery of funds from the Madoff investment scandal should be linked to this page at the top of each, at the very least.

Peter Madoff's Demand
[edit]The source provided in note 32 for the judge's denial of Peter Madoff's demand doesn't really support that statement. We need two distinct sources here, one for the demand itself (which the source provided does substantiate) and a separate source for the denial. --Christofurio (talk) 15:02, 6 May 2009 (UTC)
Circumstantial evidence about Jeffrey Picower?
[edit][1] MSNBC Story today about the amounts of money that Jeffrey Picower took out of the Madoff accounts, and numerous irregularities suggesting that he was one of the chosen few (the eight or so that are key targets). Edhubbard (talk) 17:10, 28 June 2009 (UTC)
Wasn't Josh Stampfli his computer manager?
[edit]He appears in a conference with him in youtube. He speaks not only of market making but trends and analysis. [1] [2]

Why are all the dollar amounts missing?
[edit]Just one example of many:
"Ruth Madoff's combined assets with her husband had a net worth of between million and million. She had million in assets listed in her own name: the million Upper East Side penthouse; an million mansion in Palm Beach, Fla.; Antibes and France totaling million; million in municipal bonds and million in cash; million worth of yachts; and million worth of jewelry."

Am I gonna have to be the one to say it?
