There seems to be some disagreement between articles about what happened during this period. According to the Greek Wikipedia, Parthenius IV was Patriarch during this period. However in the English Wikipedia, the text agrees with the Greek version, the infobox in the bottom of this article mentions a Theophanes II, who supposedly became Patriarch in 1659, and the same box in the Dionysius III article, who became Patriarch in 1662, says the Patriarchate was vacant before him, last occupied by Parthenius IV. In the Orthodox Wiki, which is a source of this article, the text there too agrees with the text in the Greek and English Wikipedias, but the box says Parthenius IV was succeeded by that Theophanes II in 1662, not 1662. I have not found any information about Theophanes II online. Does anyone know what actually happened back then? --Antondimak (talk) 07:29, 12 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
