It's a company based in US and recently acquired by Cisco. I have created this page for information, providing references simultaneously. I don't think it should be deleted. When companies like Cisco, Microsoft can have their wikipedia pages, why can't this one?

I removed the portions of the article that seemed like advertising, and I declined the speedy deletion nomination.
