I was looking for a mention of this company existing or being different than Goldin Financial Holdings Limited, but I couldn't find it. I think they are the same company and the first mention of it uses either an alternative name or has a piece of misinformation. I found no evidence that this is a real company.
I removed it for the time being and changed it to Goldin Finacial Holdings Limited; but if any existence of Goldin Real Estate Financial Holdings Limited is found it should be changed back
