Karipuna
[edit]As a result of Wikipedia:Redirects for discussion/Log/2021 March 28#Karipúna do Uaçá language, the redirect Karipúna do Uaçá language has been retargeted to Karipuna language. Should something similar be done with Karipuna do Amapá language and other similar incoming redirects? Pings to KittenKlub and Kwamikagami. – Uanfala (talk) 15:18, 14 April 2021 (UTC)
- @Uanfala: Correct. Both Amapá (the State) and Uaçá (the river) are used to distinguish the same tribe. KittenKlub (talk) 15:22, 14 April 2021 (UTC)
But both, as a known language, can only be Palikur, as no other "Karipuna" language is attested for the region. — kwami (talk) 18:51, 14 April 2021 (UTC)
