Why my edit is deleted? I am a native of village Padha. I provided first hand authentic information on Wikipedia. I have failed to understand your this action. Its not mine, its a loss of Wikipedia itself by discouraging people like me here.

Wikipedia is not interested in who you are, where you are from, what you "know", what you have been told, or even what you have found out.
Wikipedia is only interested in what has already been published in reliable, independent sources published by a body with a reputation for fact-checking - No blogs, no self-published sources, no bodies with a conflict of interest, no promotional sites no vanity publishers, no predatory publishers and definitely no "first hand information".
These sources must be properly cited in order to support any information added to, or changed in our pages, so the information can be verified as true in the future.
The responsibility for providing citations is solely on whoever adds or changes any information, to provide references from reliable sources that support those additions or changes.
You are repeatedly failing do do this, which is why your edits have been, and will continue to be, reverted, until you do add proper references.
