I tentatively oppose the merge, since ProfNet turned out to have a substantial history prior to the acquisition, and there's no need to discuss it only as part of its current ownership. XOR'easter (talk) 16:21, 23 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Support merge - per nomination, even if XOR'easter is stating that ProfNet has its own history the article has not reflected but of it to be an independent article as such it can be reflected at the PR Newswire.
