Possibly defunct, replaced, renamed or misreported award
I was about to propose merging this article into PDSA Gold Medal (and maybe still will) and noticed while checking the details that several links to references were dead (the Wayback Machine is misbehaving for me recently and although it looks like there are archives, they won't load for me). I then went to the PDSA site to search for relevant details about the certificate and found nothing. I then Google Searched "site:pdsa.org.uk 'certificate for animal bravery'" and Google came up empty. The entire crawlable (and crawled) PDSA site has no text matching "certificate for animal bravery". This leads me to suspect that the certificate is either defunct, replaced, renamed or misreported.
