Correction to merger information

Hello! My name is Barbara and I work for UnitedHealth Group. I'm here on Wikipedia to submit edit requests and suggest improvements to articles related to the company. I've been working with editors at Talk:UnitedHealth Group, but in this case I'd like to submit a request to make a correction in the Oxford Health Plans article.

In the History section for the Oxford Health Plans article it says that UnitedHealth Group was founded in 1985, however, as stated in the infobox in the UnitedHealth Group article, UnitedHealth Group was founded in 1977. Would editors be willing to make this correction in the Oxford Health Plans article?

The source given says that Oxford Health Plans was incorporated in 1984, as does the article. I don't see any particular reason why it follows that the subsidary is necessarily founded in the same year as the parent company. Do you have a source saying Oxford Health Plans was founded in 1977? User:Rusalkii I'm sorry to be unclear. I am attempting to fix the last sentence in the History section that refers to the 1985-founded UnitedHealth Group. UnitedHealth Group was founded in 1977 per the infobox in the UnitedHealth Group article, so the sentence should read In 2004 it merged with the 1977-founded UnitedHealth Group.

Or, another option would be to simply change the sentence to read In 2004 it merged with UnitedHealth Group.
