Unbalanced tag

An editor added a Unbalanced tag with a cryptic edit summary. Clearly the topic relates to a particular point of view on mental health treatment but that's in keeping with policy as long as the POV is presented neutrally. We should remove that tag unless a clearer reason can be given for keeping it. Jojalozzo 14:00, 31 October 2011 (UTC)

My problem is with the title "psychiatric survivor" especially since List of psychiatric consumer/survivor/ex-patient related topics redirects here. The title is biased, and suggests that other patients didn't survive. If a Vietnamese group would call itself the survivors of American chemical warfare, I don't think a topic "List of survivors of American chemical warfare" or anything related would be allowed. It's long enough as it is, I admit. Deleting the redirect would be another option, but in view of the recent move, chances are incoming links go via that page...

I don't know what the most generic name would be but as an outsider it seems that either of the other two options are more neutral, i.e. "List of psychiatric consumer topics" or "List of psychiatric ex-patient topics". Jojalozzo 02:59, 2 November 2011 (UTC)

'Interesting' First "Issue" removed

for those who have experienced this, forced feeding does not beat or compare to forced confinement, sometimes solitary, as well as forced synthetic medications - 62,000 times more harmful on average than dietary suppelements, according to the data from Europe (which i could link to if i had to/if needed). it's unfortunate the names of 'confinement' and 'forced synthetic cures' are not more plain in language, but i will have to grant that time.

basically, i removed 'forced feeding' as a red herring/inappropriate suggestion, compared to confinement and forced medication, etc - the real concerns

Quick explanation of Wikipedia outlines

"Outline" is short for "hierarchical outline". There are two types of outlines: sentence outlines (like those you made in school to plan a paper), and topic outlines (like the topical synopses that professors hand out at the beginning of a college course). Outlines on Wikipedia are primarily topic outlines that serve 2 main purposes: they provide taxonomical classification of subjects showing what topics belong to a subject and how they are related to each other (via their placement in the tree structure), and as subject-based tables of contents linked to topics in the encyclopedia.
