bigtime work in progress need lots of defs and whatnot, but almost everything mentioned so far has an article that mmentions it. when i get some more time and finish up my thermo hw ill ahve more time to flesh this list out.

Any suggestions as to wether to approach this from a metallurgy or a metalworking prepective? they are different things. --Meawoppl 02:08, 9 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

I noticed that the measurement heading was used and then it listed a bunch of things that can be measured. I feel a better heading for this may be Physical Properties. Oil/air/work hardneing and other things listed are functions of the physical property of the material. When I think of measurement with metal working I immediately think of calipers, micrometers, height gages, ring and plug gages, thread gages, etc.

Maybe the bending section should be linked to the wiki page on metalworking bending rather than the wiki page on general bending? What do you think? http://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Bending_(metalworking) 195.38.107.244 (talk) 19:19, 16 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
