"Under construction" template and "cleanup" template

I just removed the "under construction" template and the "cleanup" template, with the following reasons:

"under construction": I think that template is not applicable after only one edit. I can't see any reason to put it here.
"cleanup" template": All the text in the article is according to the wikipedia standard. Granted, there is not much text yet, but that's what the stub-template is for. --EdgeNavidad (talk) 07:20, 26 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
