The Otago Regiment (1921-1948)?
[edit]I can only find one reference for this existing.[1] These refs are ambiguous. [2][3] If this was a Regiment in NZ World War 2 Army their would be more about it. Did it exist only on paper? Please let me know if you find anything. (Dushan Jugum (talk) 10:25, 16 January 2019 (UTC)).
- Sorry, this isn't my area. I don't know for sure how many regiments there were with this name, when, and what the exact proper names would be. I only see what the few references describe. Otago and Southland Regiment gives some description, with references. There are also a few historical news pieces floating about, but they tend to be a bit short of detail and sometimes contradictory about names and dates. This suggests there was something called the Otago Regiment until 1948, but there isn't a whole lot about what they did. Lithopsian (talk) 16:05, 16 January 2019 (UTC)
