"Oshizushihako" brings up hardly any sources, the Sushi article describes a "oshibako", some websites mention an "oshi-gata" but I don't know which is actually more commonly used, or if there's a difference. I think the page ought to be moved to "Sushi press" since that seems obvious and common-English-usage, but lacking RSs makes me uncertain. Help? Estheim (talk) 00:10, 20 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Hello, I am not familiar with sushi culture outside Japan, so not sure if my input is useful here, but it seems what we call 鮨枠 Sushiwaku (Ghits 265,000,000 results) or Sushigata (鮨型, Ghits 27,300,000) in Japanese. Sushi shops tend to call it just Waku, on the other hand Daiso which Estheim mentioned on WikiProject:Japan seems to prefer to call it Sushigata (寿司型). Oshigata is also used [1] but seems not so common in Japanese. I found no example of Oshibako among Japanese websites. For Sushiwaku I failed to see any differentiation.
