- You are right, and the article is wrong to imply that the Argentine usage is general. Different countries have their own usage. In Cuba (& I think, also in Mexico) a típico refers to a band with mostly wind instruments. See Early Cuban bands. Also the category 'Orchestra' is for classical music ensembles only; tango bands do not qualify. I will make some changes when I have a moment. Macdonald-ross (talk) 13:03, 8 November 2008 (UTC)
