One or more authorities needs to be cited in order to justify all of the list's entries as somehow significant.
Are these the ONLY interesting Orcadians, lo these many centuries? Or are they the MOST interesting? Or (as the list might imply) are they the ONLY Orcadians?
The remaining two sentences should either be turned into an actual WP article, or entirely deleted as insufficient for even a dictionary entry (of course: WINAD). Put up a map or historical outline or population figures or anything really.
