I must be missing something. How does this software product meet WP:NSOFTWARE or WP:NPRODUCT or WP:GNG for independent notability? (The text describes the software package as one of several implementations of an Object request broker for COBRA. And the refs are all press releases associated with the company/companies who own/publish/market the software. How do the text or the refs establish independent notability?)
