[edit]Hope I've done an adequate job of wikifying this article. Made sure not to change or remove any factual info; just created sections, added internal (and one external) links, and corrected such frequent lacunae as "states" for "state's", excessive capitalisations, use of numerals for small numbers (1 person, 3 officers) and the like.OofyProsser (talk) 11:45, 17 November 2012 (UTC)
