[edit]My good friend Zack McBride lost his life on Day 2 of this operation. Hopefully the mission will be successful - and may he, and all those that lost their lives in the war, rest in peace. 75.163.165.195 (talk) 08:30, 20 January 2008 (UTC)

Change from days to dates
[edit]I think the days should be changed from say "Day 1" to "January 8" for example. I'd change it myself, but I want to make sure everyone agrees first Lawrencema (talk) 02:08, 14 February 2008 (UTC)
Iraqi militia
[edit]To which of the many militia groups in Iraq does "Iraqi militia" refer to in the infobox? Does it refer to Mahdi militia, the Awakening groups, or other groups? Lawrencema (talk) 00:01, 22 April 2008 (UTC)
al Qaeda or al Qaida
[edit]The article is not consistent with the form to use. Choose one. PKKloeppel (talk) 02:51, 2 July 2008 (UTC)
Mixture
[edit]The info box for this article shows a rather curious mix of military men and politicians as commanders, i.e. :
David Petraeus (US general)
Gordon Brown (UK prime minister)
Babaker Shawkat Zebari (Iraqi general)
Davit Kezerashvili (Ukranian minister of defence)
How come?
