Missing operation

Hi All

This is a missing operation that was not included in the original list of Border War operations. This operation has nothing to do with Operation Packer nor the event known as the Battle of Cuito Cuanavale nor did it occur anyway near Cuito. Sources have difficulty clarifying the exact name of the operation/s. Steenkamp doesn't name the operations, Nortje calls it Hilti. George refers to the last part of it as Excite, while Wilsworth confirms the confusion over the names and also adds Faction, Prone and Agree as additional names.
