Untitled

[edit]

The article links to van rather than panel van, as the latter article disusses only the Australian variation of the phenomenon, while the van article discusses the concept which is being meant more closely (small vans similar in concept to Combo, like the Morris Minor and Citroen 2CV-based vans are actually even featured at the beginning of the article). Until the panel van article gets expanded with a more worldwide view, I believe it should stay that way, or perhaps, if anything, the whole "panel van" thing be removed and links changed strictly to "van". Please also note that the "small commercial van" is the proper categorization of this vehicle - any van with solid (non-glazed) sides of the cargo bay is a panel van, while the Combo is a small commercial van specifically, available in both panel van and "leisure activity vehicle" versions. Bravada, talk - 00:08, 3 July 2006 (UTC) Additionally, the Ford Courier article deals with all vehicles bearing that name. It is important to indicate which is being meant as the "similar" vehicle. Future model based on current Corsa

Picture

[edit]

The main article picture shows a passenger variant. This is misleading, as the Combo is primarily a commercial van in all markets. Many manufacturers modify small car derived vans to provide a mini MPV, for example the Renault Kangoo, but these always constitute a small part of the model's output. --Ef80 (talk) 19:35, 1 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Leisure vehicle ?

[edit]

What is the basis of the claim that this is a leisure vehicle ?

No windows. No back seats. It's not a camper.

It looks like a small delivery van or tradesman's van. Lathamibird (talk) 11:07, 29 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]

There is a passenger version as well, called Opel Combo Tour. At least for the Combo C anyway. OSX (talkcontributions) 02:25, 30 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]

complianced - a typo?

[edit]

complianced seems to be a typo but it is not obvious what it should be - can anyone figure out what it should be? (from Wikipedia:Correct typos in one click)

Combo B engine list

[edit]

An ip added some powerful engines to the Corsa B back in 2010 - I can't find any support for these options, and German Wikipedia does not include them. The ip also added the words "make up" to their edit, which hints that these are indeed imaginary options. CN tag has been on the TD option for many years, so I am finally removing this content.  Mr.choppers | ✎  02:36, 23 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
