Where does this belong?
[edit]This has been listed as being part of WikiProject:Philosophy, but that seems misguided. The emphasis in the article is on the computing aspect. So maybe it is more at home in WikiProject:Databases or WikiProject:Computer Science. Since I have never done anything in the WikiProject space I am disinclined to add it to those; I am not sure what the acceptable protocol is for that. Doctorambient (talk) 21:22, 26 May 2011 (UTC)
Notation
[edit]In the section "Computer Science/Formal Definition" there is a lot of notation introduced that is never defined. It also appears to not be used for much of the discussion. If someone can expand the section with proper definitions and such, that might be a good fix. If not, I will likely re-write the section removing the notation entirely after a little while. - I updated the the information according to Euzenat and Shvaiko's latest text book on Ontology Matching. I think we should keep the formal definition in the article despite it is not yet "used" much. --Janothan Parker (talk) 08:27, 18 January 2019 (UTC)
External links modified
[edit]Hello fellow Wikipedians,
I have just added archive links to one external link on Ontology alignment. Please take a moment to review my edit. If necessary, add {{cbignore}}
after the link to keep me from modifying it. Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}}
to keep me off the page altogether. I made the following changes:
- Added archive https://web.archive.org/20120213104823/http://www.polibear.net/blog/wp-content/uploads/2008/01/orsi-xsomflexmap.pdf to http://www.polibear.net/blog/wp-content/uploads/2008/01/orsi-xsomflexmap.pdf
When you have finished reviewing my changes, please set the checked parameter below to true to let others know.
