Remove Section

I think that the last section smoking cessation would be better to be left out because of the lack of resources supporting online counseling as a beneficial treatment for smoking cessation Esanger01 (talk) 04:58, 30 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I suggest that the sentence, "College students, working professionals and individuals who have limited time or restricted travel conditions have the convenience of seeking help from wherever they are located" can be reworded or removed because anyone can be busy and people who want/need counseling can make the time for it regardless of if it is online or not. Maybe talk about how if they don't live close to a counseling center then it would save them time rather than saying it is because they are busy. Agreed. The only reason to mention three specific groups of people (and the third wasn't exactly specific) is if the content is trying particularly to grab the attention of such people—that is, marketing materials. Largoplazo (talk) 13:17, 20 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Needs clarity

[edit]

This article fails utterly to distinguish between AI/machine "therapy" and people behind the curtain therapy. It's a big fail. It should be up top, something like "This article is about human-to-human therapy, for machine (and AI) to human interventions see xxx/xxx". (the latter is what I was hoping for when I opened this page.)98.17.181.251 (talk) 01:45, 28 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
