I believe you should check the poem over again as in the third line it is clearly not iambic pentameter but iambic sestameter

I don't think so, he would have intended it to read like this:

[Seven] [yeeres] [tho'wert] [lent] [to] [me], [and] [I] [thee] [pay]

'Sev'n/yeers/tho'ert'    ""
