What does "a few rounds of service" mean? Or that the locomotives "packed up shortly after inception", and why were they found unsuitable to be unsuitable?Royalcourtier (talk) 02:43, 3 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Maybe a bit too colloquial in the article... The locomotives drove twice or thrice and then broke down for good. The ref is now behind a paywall but I think it was the heat and sand that they couldn't handle. --Pgallert (talk) 05:45, 3 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]
