Omar Van Leuven Sage → Omar V. Sage – Per WP:UCN. Straight google hits are roughly equal, but on google books, "Omar V. Sage" gets 1820 hits and "Omar Van Leuven Sage" gets 1 hit, indicating that the use of the full name is mostly limited to WP and its mirrors.
