- Discogs has several label pages for the various incarnations of Olympic Studios. I presume there was the original location in W1 Carlton Street (number of separate rooms unknown?), then move to Barnes [117 Church Road, SW13] (3 rooms?), then adding Chelsea [46A Old Church St., SW3 5BY] (1 room?) after a takeover, then just the Barnes location again, before closing (I go to the great cinema there regularly, but do they still record anything there now)...? Here are the links, anyway:

- Great site Discogs for citations, as it uses info taken directly from the releases in question, with verification from many users, hence totally appropriate for WP usage. Hope this helps the quest for cites for the above artists. Thanks. Jimthing (talk) 02:06, 7 December 2015 (UTC)

Olympic Studios is not a Building
[edit]From the opening sentence this article is totally wrong and misleading, possibly seeking to use the fame of one of Britain's greatest recording studios to attract people to cinema complex. The term studios refers to a whole enterprise involving several rooms, equipment, and people with skills. It is not the building! Olympic studios went through many phases, and moved buildings, and is notable for it's engineers, developments, and the bands that used the facilities. I suggest splitting this article into two - 'Olympic Studios' and 'Olympic Cinema'. The latter may be considered notable because of the history of the building it occupies. Lindosland (talk) 13:48, 1 September 2019 (UTC) lindosland
- I did a first pass at a major restructuring of the page to move the cinema complex part to the end of the article. I did not remove any content so the advertisy parts are still there. Robert.Harker (talk) 21:06, 1 September 2019 (UTC)
